Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $161/£105 per week, if requested at the time of booking.
For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $75.
For bookings of 22 days or more we offer a small discount. Please contact us.
We accept Paypal, BACS and wire transfers (including International transfers) and cheques
A security deposit of $400/£260 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival, which is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company
Payment can be made in any currency via PayPal
UK Pound (Sterling) rates charged will be at the exchange rate current at the time of payment.
